Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager pan India to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term business partnerships for our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consultative sales, client relationship management, and a solid understanding of recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in sectors like IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, job boards, and other social media platforms like facebook, Instagram etc
  • Develop and present customized recruitment solutions to clients, based on their talent needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering consistent value.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure timely and quality service to clients.
  • Negotiate commercials, SLAs, and contract terms with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales pipeline and revenue forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment/staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client relationship-building capabilities.
  • Knowledge of various recruitment models (permanent hiring, contract staffing, executive search, etc.).
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

  • Experience working with ATS/CRM tools.
  • Ability to understand and explain job descriptions and industry-specific hiring needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
