Key Responsibilities: Maintaining financial records: This involves accurately recording transactions, such as invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Preparing financial reports: Assisting in the preparation of reports like balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements. Managing accounts receivable and payable: Tracking and processing payments received from customers (accounts receivable) and payments made to vendors (accounts payable).
