Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Location: Itarsi, Madhya Pradesh Qualification: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) Experience: 1–2 years (experience in any hospital setting preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our healthcare team in Itarsi . The ideal candidate should have a BAMS degree with 1–2 years of clinical experience in a hospital environment. The RMO will be responsible for providing medical care to inpatients, assisting in emergencies, and supporting the healthcare team to ensure high standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial patient assessments and ongoing medical care for admitted patients. Monitor and record patient progress and treatment plans. Respond promptly to patient emergencies and ensure appropriate care and escalation. Collaborate with specialists and consultants for patient management as required. Ensure all medical records and documentation are updated accurately. Participate in daily ward rounds and assist senior doctors in procedures. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care under the guidance of consultants. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and ethical standards. Assist in maintaining infection control and clinical safety standards. Requirements: BAMS degree from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the Medical Council (if applicable). 1–2 years of experience working in a hospital setting. Good clinical knowledge and decision-making skills. Ability to work well in a team and handle emergencies calmly. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
