As a Territory Service Representative (Bikers), your primary responsibility will involve handling the delivery and pickup of shipments in your designated territory. For delivery tasks, you will be required to unload bags from the vehicle, scan the shipments, perform primary and secondary sorting, outscan the shipments based on the delivery route, and ensure that deliveries are made strictly to the package address. During deliveries, you must obtain an acknowledgement from customers through a designated device (BYOD) and update the correct status code for undelivered shipments at customer addresses. It is essential to follow the delivery process as outlined in the training provided. Additionally, you are expected to hand over any COD amount collected on the same day to the supervisor and return any undelivered shipments to the supervisor promptly. Maintaining a proper dress code and carrying field bags to all delivery points is mandatory. When it comes to pickups, you must adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for pickups. Timely pickups at customer locations as per the cut-off timings are crucial. Verify if the location is serviceable, count the number of shipments at the customer site, and obtain acknowledgements on the pickup sheet. Inscan the shipments at the office, handle Rapid entry, conduct primary and secondary sorting, and complete the bagging process efficiently. Ensure that canvas bags are loaded into the vehicle for transportation and reach locations for timely connections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven applications that deliver business value and customer impact. Key Responsibilities Research and develop machine learning models using supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning techniques. Deploy models into production using MLOps best practices (e.g., containerization, CI/CD, model monitoring). Work on datasets involving structured and unstructured data (e.g., text, image, video, time-series). Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define problem statements and deliver solutions. Continuously improve model performance and scalability using experimentation and model evaluation techniques. Stay updated with the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI/ML (e.g., LLMs, transformers, generative AI). Required Qualifications Bachelors/Masters/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Strong coding skills in Python (must), with knowledge of libraries like scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OpenCV , etc. Experience building and tuning ML models from scratch. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow is a plus.
