Job Summary: We are hiring a motivated Backup and Field Engineer to provide basic IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, POS machines, and basic networking at retail. this role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to start their career in IT support. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and POS machines . Provide support for retail sector equipment and POS systems. Handle basic network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP settings). Replace or upgrade hardware components (RAM, hard drives, cables). Visit client locations for on-site support and issue resolution. Work under the guidance of senior engineers and document all tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Diploma, ITI, BCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), or any related technical background. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of desktop, laptop, and printer hardware Understanding of POS machines and retail sector devices Basic knowledge of Windows OS and common software Familiar with basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration) Good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
