Backend Sales / Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

Job Title: Backend Sales / Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Location: Civil Line, Sector-15, Gurgaon. Company: CNT (www.cntindia.com) Job Overview: We are seeking responsible candidates for developing new business, managing existing accounts, supporting end-to-end sales cycles, and coordinating with OEMs and government clients. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify new leads; manage existing client accounts. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Coordinate with OEMs (Acer, HP, Dell, Cisco, Sophos, etc.). Handle the complete sales cycle – from lead to payment. Prepare and submit bids for government tenders (GeM & offline). Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide business and technical input on solutions. Requirements: Graduate in Business/IT or related field. 2–5 years in inside or B2B sales (IT preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience with the GeM portal and sales documentation.
