Backend Developers

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic of our applications, optimizing database performance, and ensuring seamless data flow and communication between the server and client. As a Backend Developer at startelelogic, your responsibilities will include developing, testing, and maintaining backend services and APIs. You will collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Additionally, you will design and optimize database schemas and queries, implement security and data protection measures, write clean and efficient code, troubleshoot and debug backend issues, and ensure the performance and responsiveness of the backend architecture. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest backend development trends and best practices. To qualify for this role, you should have 0-3 years of hands-on experience in backend development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or Go is required. You should also possess experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), strong networking skills, familiarity with Git and code collaboration tools, excellent problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Additionally, familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching mechanisms is beneficial. Strong analytical and debugging skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities, are essential for success in this role.
