Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer with 13 years of experience located in KOADAI, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a scalable and reusable e-commerce backend using Node.js and Express. Your duties will also include integrating MongoDB (local & Atlas), VPS deployment, and admin APIs. You will work on developing Saas Environments and collaborate with Git, Render, Vercel, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes. Additionally, you will optimize for speed, security, and scalability across client instances. To excel in this role, you must possess strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Experience in building RESTful APIs for SaaS or product platforms is essential, as well as familiarity with JWT authentication and role-based access control. A good understanding of performance and error handling is required, along with proficiency in tools such as Postman and Thunderclient. Bonus points if you have familiarity with e-commerce workflows (cart, order, stock, etc.). This is a full-time job based in Siliguri, with work location being in person.
