As a Backend Developer, your key responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable, and efficient backend code, developing and managing APIs and server-side logic, utilizing databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, integrating frontend and backend functionality, debugging, testing, and optimizing backend processes, as well as engaging in collaboration with both development and design teams. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js, PHP, Python, etc., a basic understanding of REST APIs and database systems, a willingness to learn and work independently or as part of a team, familiarity with version control basics (Git), and the ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality code. Freshers demonstrating strong project work, GitHub portfolios, or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
