Back Office Executive – Excel & Quotation Specialist

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, lookup functions, etc.).
• Strong logical thinking and decision-making ability.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in industrial products/spares will be an advantage.
• Graduate in any discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to spare part enquiries via email or phone.
• Analyse requirements and prepare accurate quotations using Excel.
• Maintain quotation records and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Coordinate internally to ensure information is up to date.
• Communicate clearly with clients to resolve queries and provide support.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to handle spare part enquiries for industrial pumps. The ideal candidate will be skilled in MS Excel, possess strong logical and analytical abilities, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Your role will involve preparing quotations, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth coordination with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
