Job Description

As a Business Development (B2B) professional, your primary focus will be on developing key growth strategies and action plans to achieve financial targets. You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding market trends, and mapping schools/clients in a purely B2B sales profile. Your role will involve acquiring clients and maximizing business share, with key touchpoints being Principals, Teachers, and HODs in various educational institutions. Your responsibilities will include scanning the market, building a sales pipeline from scratch in a specific state, assessing market potential and competition, designing sales strategies, and enhancing sales productivity. Account management, revenue collection, and increasing sales from existing clients will also be part of your role. You will have the autonomy to work independently but will be held accountable for achieving targets. In this position, you will manage the entire sales and revenue life cycle, engaging with academicians and directors to secure sales. Your key objectives will include delivering annual sales targets, developing and executing strategic plans to expand the customer base, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating value propositions through proposals and presentations. Building strong customer relationships, understanding market trends, and reporting on factors influencing account strategies will also be crucial aspects of your role. The ideal candidate for this role should have hands-on experience in B2B sales, excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels, the ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure, and a strong grasp of product positioning against competitors. Previous experience in leading sales teams, developing client-focused solutions, and working with differentiated products and services will be advantageous. This position requires working in rotational shifts from Monday to Saturday and is based in Hyderabad.,
