Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a

  B2B sales strategy

  aligned with business goals.
• Identify industry trends and customer needs to create a sales pipeline.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conduct client presentations, product demos, and business pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients.
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales alignment.
• Track and report sales metrics (revenue, pipeline, conversion rates) to senior management.
• Provide accurate forecasts and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the Education/EdTech or Manpower Services sector.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating mid-sized sales teams.
• Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools such as Exotel, Salesforce etc., and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
