Position: Inside Sales Intern

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports to: Assistant Manager Inside Sales

Location: Sector 59, Noida

Stipend: INR 15,000 Per Month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for

someone who is eager to learn the fundamentals of B2C sales, lead generation, and client communication. The

intern will support the sales team in identifying potential leads, nurturing prospects, and assisting in closing

deals through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the sales team in lead generation through online research, cold calling, and email campaigns.

2. Qualify and nurture leads to convert them into potential sales opportunities.

3. Maintain and update CRM tools and sales trackers with accuracy.

4. Schedule and coordinate meetings/demos between clients and sales executives.

5. Follow up with prospects to gather feedback and push conversations forward.

6. Support in creating proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.

7. Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the internal team.

8. Participate in daily/weekly sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales.

• Basic understanding of the sales cycle and CRM tools is a plus.

• Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
