Role Summary As a Key Account Manager, youll be the primary point of contact for Pepagoras SME clientsbuilding relationships, offering strategic guidance, and ensuring consistent growth for both the client and the company. Key Responsibilities Actively manage and grow a portfolio of SME accounts across your designated region. Regularly visit client locations to build and maintain long-term relationships. Understand each clients business goals and consult on how Pepagora’s services can solve their challenges. Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective onboarding, training, and support. Track performance metrics and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Serve as the face of Pepagora in the field—ensuring brand consistency and excellence in service. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or B2B sales. (Freshers with strong communication and field exposure may also apply for junior roles.) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Passion for customer success and a consultative sales mindset. Self-motivated with a love for travel and fieldwork. Proficiency in English and local language A two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory. Why Join Us?
