Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic products Understand customer health concerns and suggest suitable remedies or solutions Educate customers on the benefits and usage of Ayurvedic products Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous calls to drive conversions Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM Coordinate with the dispatch and support team to ensure timely order delivery Stay up to date with product knowledge, new launches, and wellness trends Handle objections and resolve customer queries in a confident and professional manner Provide feedback from customers to improve service and product offerings
