Roles and Responsibilities Ensure smooth production operations by monitoring and maintaining equipment performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing engineering solutions that meet quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of engine assembly lines to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Develop and maintain documentation related to production processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Identify opportunities for process improvements through root cause analysis of defects or issues.

Identify and correct defects in axle assemblies during production. Conduct inspection, alignment, and runout checks for differential and axle shafts. Disassemble and replace faulty components such as bearings, seals, and housings. Required Candidate profile Technical knowledge of axle systems (drive and non-drive). Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using tools like Siemens NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks . Apply knowledge of casting processes (sand casting, die casting, investment casting) in component design. Ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles are followed. Strong Proficiency in design data management (BOM, 3D, 2D, IMDS etc) and ensure right data availability in PDM.
