Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Vice President – Sales to lead and expand our residential and commercial real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and crafting go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end sales processes, building and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing broker/channel partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities. The AVP will closely collaborate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns and customer satisfaction. The role demands a proactive leader with proven experience in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior. Strong analytical thinking and a track record of exceeding sales targets are essential. Key Requirements: 15+ years of sales experience in real estate; at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to drive high-ticket sales and manage large teams MBA or equivalent preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month Experience: Real estate sales: 10 years (Required) Work Location: In person
