AVP Marketing

As an Associate Vice President (AVP) of Marketing at MetaMorph, you will play a crucial role in leading all marketing functions, including brand, performance, social media, content, CRM, and offline activations for our client, the leading youth travel hostel brand. Your expertise in both brand and performance marketing, combined with your experience in multi-location consumer businesses like hospitality, QSR, F&B, or retail, will be instrumental in driving bookings and community engagement across India. Your key responsibilities will include owning and leading our client's marketing efforts, designing and executing location-specific campaigns to boost bookings at newly launched hostels, enhancing the brand's visibility among Gen Z audiences through compelling storytelling and partnerships, establishing systems to measure ROI across all marketing channels, and building and nurturing a high-performance marketing team. You will collaborate closely with the Founders, Revenue, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with business goals and drive growth. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6-7 years of experience in fast-growth consumer startups, with a strong background in both performance and brand marketing. Your proven track record in developing hyperlocal and national marketing strategies for multi-location businesses, as well as your ability to scale marketing efforts to support revenue growth, will be crucial. An analytical mindset, proficiency in data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of Gen Z platforms, digital behaviors, and content trends are essential for success in this position.
