You will act as a liaison between the finance function and various business units, assisting in bridging the gap between financial data and business decisions. Key responsibilities include: - Development and implementation of business unit financial strategies, plans, and budgets - Development of financial models to forecast future performance, assess investment opportunities, and evaluate financial risks - Collaboration to provide financial insights and guidance to business unit stakeholders - Identification and implementation of financial process improvements - Support to business units in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks - Analysis and presentation of financial data to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making As an Assistant Vice President, you are expected to advise, influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and ensure operational effectiveness. Collaborate closely with other functions and business divisions, lead a team performing complex tasks, set objectives, coach employees, and drive performance outcomes.
