Job Decription: Design, implement, manage, and maintain Avaya Aura or Avaya IP Office telephony systems. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of voice infrastructure. Support ongoing voice engineering efforts and project-based initiatives involving voice communication systems. Implement and manage enterprise-level voice solutions, addressing incidents and mitigating outages. Perform day-to-day MAC (moves, adds, changes) operations and support end-user troubleshooting. Communicate scheduled and unscheduled service disruptions to internal teams and the FDIC Enterprise Wide Command Center. Maintain awareness of system health, global events, and scheduled maintenance that could impact operations. Monitor service request and incident queues to ensure timely resolution of tickets. Evaluate, test, and deploy software patches, new features, and periodic system upgrades.
