Position: AV Presales Engineer (Audio-VisualSystems)

Location:AndheriMumbai

Experience: Minimum2-3Years in the AV Industrywith Auto CAD knowledge

Qualification: Graduate (bachelor's degreeMechatronicsEngineering preferred)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AV Presales Engineer who can effectively bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for supporting the sales and engineering teams with your technical expertise, creating winning AV solutions, and ensuring excellent client engagement.You will also need to have knowledge of AutoCad.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Sales and Engineering teams to design AV solutions based on client requirements.(Create CAD elevations as well)

Prepare accurate and detailed Bill of Materials (BoM), solution architecture, and technical documentation.

Engage with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for solution discussions, pricing, and technical clarifications.

Make technical presentations to clients, explaining AV solutions, design rationale, and answering queries.

Provide technical support to project and support engineers, ensuring the delivered solution matches the design.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the AV industry.

Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and technical submissions

Candidate Profile:

Minimum1-2years of hands-on experience in AV (Audio-Visual) presales, design, or implementation.

Strong technical knowledge in AV systems such as Displays,AudioSystems, Video Conferencing Solutions, Control Systems, Signal Management, and Room Acoustics.

Experience in working with brands likeQ SYS,Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Shure, Poly, Cisco, Barco, etc., is a strong advantage.

Ability to read and understand AV drawings and schematics.

Proficient in preparing proposals, BoM, and technical presentations.

Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.

Must be based inMumbai andwilling to work full-time

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
