Automation Specialist

You should have at least 4 to 7 years of experience in Playwright & P&C insurance. As a Playwright Automation specialist, your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, designing automation scripts, performing various types of automation testing activities, and maintaining automation frameworks using C# and Playwright. You will be expected to automate UI/API scripts, conduct Web and API testing using C#, Postman, and REST, and handle automation script failures effectively. Moreover, you must have hands-on experience in automating Smoke test cases, Functional test cases, End to End test cases, and Regression test cases and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines. Peer-reviewing automation scripts, understanding design patterns, and having knowledge of Scrum and GIT are essential for this role. Additionally, you should aim to achieve the expected First-time pass % for End to End and Regression automation scripts and be proficient in test management tools like ADO. It is important that you track automation metrics, share them with internal and client leadership teams, and introduce automation best practices and tools based on the project requirements. You should also provide guidance, training, and updates on automation to the team and client stakeholders during Scrum ceremonies. Strong communication, presentation, and Agile environment skills are necessary for this position. Having a background in the P&C Insurance domain and experience with Guidewire PC, BC, and CC will be advantageous for this role.,
