Protects operations by keeping information confidential. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Resource may require to work in shifts. So, readiness is a compulsion for 24/7 shift work Preferred Certification: Good to have Automation 360 Advanced/Master certification
