QA Test Engineer (Reg. Reporting) Role Description This position is for Quality Assurance engineer role in our Data, Markets, Corporate Technology systems. This candidate would be responsible for the test planning, designing, defect tracking and manual/automated test execution of the test cases in the Regulatory reporting applications. The position will require tight collaboration with our Reg reporting development teams and business leads across the globe. We are looking for a QA with strong experience with SQL, Axiom along with Tosca automation tool. Education & Preferred Qualifications · Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science or related background Minimum of 5+ years IT background or related work experience Experience on Axiom tool along with various regulatory reports exposure SQL Skills – Writing complex SQL queries using joins and various built-in functions, able to understand stored procedures, triggers and views Strong experience in ETL and backend testing Knowledge of the SDLC/Agile/Kanban/Waterfall/QA Process Good communication skills (able to articulate the scenarios and deliverables, communicate with all levels of management) Flexible in working hours – Dynamic, able to adapt the change and schedules Experience with test automation tools (Tosca) is strongly preferred Test Management Tools (i.e. JIRA) Knowledge of software development and testing life cycle (Waterfall/Agile/Kanban Methodology) Ability to lead a technical team and interface with our business teams Attention to detail and have the ability to manage tasks simultaneously.
