Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant Operations Manager role located in Bengaluru at Mykhana. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational tasks related to catering services, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality. Additionally, the Assistant Operations Manager will collaborate with the operations team to optimize workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, Food Safety, and Quality Control skills
• Experience in managing a team and coordinating operational tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of FSSAI standards for food safety
• Previous experience in the catering industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
