Asst ASM / ASM (Retail Sales/Channel Sales) - Tiles

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Channel Management:
• Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners such as dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure loyalty and long-term business.
• Maintain good relations with architect.
• Resolve partner queries and issues promptly.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
• Monitor and drive primary and secondary sales through the channel network.
• Expand distribution network in underpenetrated areas.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to increase market coverage.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely order booking and payment collection from channel partners.
• Monitor and manage partner inventory levels.
• Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
• To develop, manage, and grow sales through the channel partner network (dealers, distributors, retailers and Architect) in the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction.
