 UK Insurance International Blended Process 
  •  Shifts  -As per UK Timelin
  •  Location  - Gurugram
  •  Experience  - 0- 24 months
  •  Education  :

  • Graduate in B. Com, B. A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc (except B.Sc. IT, Stats, Math Hons. and Eco. Hons.)Full time MBA, BE, and B. Tech graduates should have minimum 6 months of BPO experienceB. Tech and MBA Freshers are not Applicable  
     Responsibilities 
    1.Maintains quality service by enforcing quality standards, analyzing and resolving client's problems, and recommending system improvements2.Maintain productivity targets3.Ensure all the emails are responded within time4.Timely completion of the task,ongoing quality service delivery of the task assigned.5.Complying to all Data Security and Code of Conduct standards6.Carrying out data entry and rule based entry for processes and performing simple process calculations7. Make outbound calls to client/ stakeholders with the defined call tree8. Maintain the defined Voice Quality and standards

    1. AccuracyEnsuring that data and information entered into systems or databases are accurate and error-free.2. TimelinessCompleting assigned tasks within the designated timeframe and meeting deadlines.3. ComplianceAdhering to the policies, procedures, and regulations related to data processing.4.
