Associate VICE President (AVP) OF Marketing

Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing Leader who has experience in crafting strategies for all Marketing activities and ensuring their timely execution. Holding a highly strategic role, you will be responsible for driving the overall web3 marketing strategy including segmentation, positioning, messaging, demand generation, digital marketing, KOL marketing, affiliate marketing and partnerships. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals, focusing on product and token launch objectives. Achieve the KPIs and objectives for the business by driving various initiatives to work towards delivering results Develop high-performing funnel and funnel management Set current and long-term goals for internal teams Design and review the Marketing departments budget Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of the protocol and token Manage pre-launch and post-launch activities, including community building, PR initiatives, and events Implement strategies to foster community engagement, facilitate discussions, and address community feedback and concerns Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events Understand & leverage data, a strong bias towards execution at speed and strong collaboration skills to work with different teams and achieve desired results Overseas and monitor the effective use of our CMR/Marketing Automation tool and processes Help create a fun, high-energy work environment Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies What we expect 8+ years of experience in the marketing domain preferably fast growing Web3 Startups Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns Solid knowledge of digital channels, content/social marketing, SEO, web analytics and Google AdWords, KOL marketing & affiliate marketing Strong quantitative mindset & data driven approach to marketing Handled large scale monthly digital marketing budgets 1 Understanding of the web3 marketing & DeFi ecosystem Passionate, Self-driven and ability to thrive in a startup environment Excellent communications & presentation skills Open to working on-site from our Chennai office (We want to work alongside you!)
