Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Associate - Telesales with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and close sales deals.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
Identify new business opportunities and refer them to the bank's products and services.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telesales or a related field with a track record of success.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with financial products and services, including small finance banking.
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
