Associate Technical Architect

As a Frontend Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performing frontend architectures for complex enterprise applications. Your role will involve architecting robust solutions using technologies such as React, Next.js, micro frontend frameworks, and BFF patterns to enable seamless integration with headless CMS and DXP platforms. Collaboration with engineering, UX, and product stakeholders will be essential to realize strategic business goals. With 8-10 years of professional experience in frontend engineering and architecture roles, you should possess strong expertise in React.js and Next.js for building scalable, component-driven applications. Hands-on experience implementing Micro frontend architectures, designing and implementing BFF APIs, solid knowledge of monorepo architectures, diverse styling approaches, and experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for frontend applications are also key requirements. Preferred skills include exposure to React Native for mobile application development, knowledge of GraphQL and API orchestration, experience with containerization and Kubernetes for frontend deployments, and certifications in frontend frameworks or equivalent. Key competencies for this role involve strategic thinking, hands-on execution capability, ability to work in fast-paced teams, leadership in mentoring, fostering innovation, and delivering high-impact digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining and establishing scalable frontend architecture patterns, designing and implementing optimized BFF APIs, architecting monorepo structures, providing guidance on styling approaches, driving framework setup for headless implementations, delivering performant, accessible, SEO-friendly applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, establishing frontend coding standards, and mentoring frontend developers.
