Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate-CHS-SaT-SaT - TCF - Lead Advisory-Core in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience. ### Roles and Responsibility Identify deal issues, assess their impact on the transaction, and advise on ways to address them. Conduct analysis of transaction risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Understand transaction structure and provide insights on structuring issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services across multiple client departments. Develop and implement practical solutions to complex problems using a collaborative approach. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various aspects of business operations. ### Job Requirements CA / MBA degree from a reputable institution. Strong understanding of consumer products and healthcare sectors. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic and evolving industry. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, economics, and valuation techniques.
