Associate Manager II (L6) - Investment Business

This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale investment product offerings by bridging cross-functional collaboration, customer insights, and market trends. What We Expect From You Product Development and Prioritization Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to align product strategies with business objectives. Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize necessary features and enhancements. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates. Customer Engagement and Feedback Engage with customers to gather feedback on product performance and identify opportunities for new offerings. Analyze customer feedback for product development and improve user experience. Regulatory Compliance Liaising with the compliance team to ensure all product offerings comply with applicable regulatory requirements. Operations and Vendor Management Collaborate with the operations team and external vendors to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure timely and systematic processing of orders related to investment products. Performance Monitoring and Improvement Monitor key performance metrics to assess the quality of the customer experience. Identify potential pain points and implement data-driven improvements to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. Strategy and Market Research Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Review and refine product strategies to ensure alignment with market opportunities and company goals. Must Haves Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
