Job Description

Assist in handling litigation matters related to Income Tax, GST, Customs, and Excise laws.
Draft appeals, replies, legal notices, written submissions, and other litigation-related documents.
Appear before various tax authorities, tribunals (ITAT, CESTAT), and High Courts as required.
Conduct in-depth legal research and case law analysis to support litigation strategy.
Coordinate with clients, counsel, and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and case inputs.
Maintain proper documentation and track deadlines for filings and hearings.
Support in advisory work related to tax disputes and compliance matters.
