Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

Proficient in Advance Excel
Proficient in communication skills in order to connect with stakeholder/external vendors
Manage & Arrange frequent L&D Training initiatives for Inhouse Trainers
Oversee end-to-end AEP Journey on Apple LMS platform, coordinating program device distribution
Assist as the primary point of contact for participants, addressing queries & facilitating discussions
Drive all the Program responsibilities around scheduling and delivery activities, including but not limited to, online sessions, webinars, evaluations, etc.
Assist with communication and insights on L&D training with business process owners and partners using processes and data governance tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and priorities
Strategize monthly training programs in collaboration with external Brand Trainers & stakeholders leading to enhanced quality of training content
Managed accurate records of training attendance, feedback, & performance evaluations to identify training gaps
Support the implementation of induction training plan & learning development initiatives for TRiBE by Croma store, including cross-functional training programs
Identify, design and share dashboards on progress and impact of learning & development initiatives at defined frequency

Skills Required:-

Strong communication skills to help connect, organize and execute stakeholder relationships
Knowledge of Analytics tools like Microsoft Excel
Experience in making monthly training planner
