Associate - Human Resources

This role requires an individual who can collaborate with business leaders, drive HR initiatives, and ensure the alignment of HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in employee engagement, talent management, and HR operations.

Role & Responsibilities :

• HR Business Partnering:

  Act as an HR partner to business leaders, understanding team dynamics and providing HR solutions to enhance employee experience and business outcomes.

• Employee Relations & Engagement:

  Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting engagement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company values. Conduct retention interviews, exit interviews, and pulse surveys to assess employee satisfaction.

• Performance Management:

  Drive performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on goal setting, and facilitate performance improvement plans (PIP) where necessary.

• Talent Development & Retention:

  Identify skill gaps, recommend training programs, and support career development initiatives to build a high-performance workforce.

• Data & HR Analytics:

  Track and analyze HR metrics to provide insights that support workforce planning, productivity improvement, and decision-making.

• Policy & Processes:

  Contribute to the formulation and execution of HR policies, initiatives, and processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization
