Currently, we are looking for an
Associate Director - IT Infrastructure & Operations
to join our team.
- Lead global IT infrastructure operations across 80+ sites, ensuring 99.99% availability.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers and specialists.
- Oversee core infrastructure components including servers, networks, firewalls, storage, and cloud platforms.
- Drive operational excellence, automation, and process efficiency in a 24/7 environment.
- Manage cloud operations (AWS, Azure, or GCP), optimizing performance, cost, and compliance.
- Ensure effective incident management, change control, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Application, and Capacity teams to support enterprise goals.
- Lead the deployment and optimization of end-user experience tools (e.g., JAMF, SCCM, Intune, Nexthink, Moveworks).
- Deliver dashboards and strategic reports on infrastructure health, support KPIs, and user experience.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; contribute to IT roadmaps.
Skills & Requirements
Technical Expertise

Strong background in managing infrastructure technologies:
Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/NSX), firewalls, DNS/DHCP, and enterprise networking. -
Proven experience with cloud platforms:
AWS, Azure, or GCP (deep expertise in at least one). - Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS), backup technologies, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios, and CloudWatch.
- Proficient in automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, PowerShell, Python).
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and alert integrations.
- Exposure to database systems: Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL.
- Experience managing end-user technology platforms and lifecycle for hardware and software across the enterprise.
Leadership & Operations
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position managing global/offshore teams.
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and enterprise service management.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives and drive incident/problem resolution.
- Experience in vendor management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead in high-pressure environments.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master s preferred).
