Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including customer service, cash handling, and branch maintenance. Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and retention. Train and supervise branch staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to bank policies and procedures. Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with other departments to promote and cross-sell bank products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers. Education Qualification Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience.
