To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's and Master's degree from NIFT or a related field. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or E-commerce is required. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making are essential. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are also necessary. A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement will be beneficial. Knowledge of merchandising software and tools is a plus.
