Assistant Vice President (AVP)

We’re on the lookout for an Associate Vice President – Creative with
8-10+ years of experience to lead high-performing teams, shape brandnarratives, and drive end-to-end creative strategy. The idealcandidate will have strong leadership instincts, a deep understandingof integrated marketing, and the ability to align bold ideas withbusiness objectives.

Job Description:

• Spearhead strategic creative direction across campaigns and platforms.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary creative teams (copy, design, strategy).
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align creative

with brand vision.

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery—from ideation to execution.
• Uphold creative excellence and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday

• Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
