Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Team in supervising end-to-end supply chain operations including order fulfillment, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
Monitor real-time operations and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to the Supply Chain Manager.
Track KPIs like delivery accuracy, TAT, stock levels, shrinkage, and wastage.
Prepare reports on performance metrics, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SOPs across all touchpoints.
Train and mentor junior team members and operators to improve productivity.
Collaborate with quality, CX, and tech teams to drive continuous process improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, warehouse systems, and logistics workflows.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google sheets. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
