Responsible to lead a telemarketing team of 10 to 15 Tele-callers for m4marry business Responsible for the revenue generation and operations of the m4marry tele-sales team Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a ability to motivate and manage a team. Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and meet targets. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Preferred candidate profile Looking For Candidates Who Have Experience In Leading A Telemarketing Sales Team. Experience in working for a matrimonial business will be an added advantage.
