Ensuring the store is achieving the given targets and analyzing the sale trend.
Achieving ABV Growth and ABV targets
Increase the Conversion Ratio
Store Operations timings have to be adhere.
Daily staff meeting
Ensure the interior and exterior of store is maintained as per company standards
Reporting administrative duties like leave approval, attendance, filing of documents, security in time
Ensure to change the displays of goods, schemes and offers on a daily basis and inform the customers accordingly.
Ensure proper banking and cash management
Management of Cash from tills and maintaining record of the same
Ensure that all the policies defined for Store staffs are being implemented effectively, e.g. uniform, housekeeping, grooming
Ensure FIFO has to be maintain
Ensuring to make all efforts to reduce cost at store level
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
