Plan staff schedules to meet varying workloads while controlling labour costs and minimizing overtime. Uphold company policies and promote a positive, collaborative team environment. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., ZOHO) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety standards. Ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and implement process improvements. This role involves managing inspections, overseeing BIS certifications, assessing supplier performance, and driving continuous improvement in product quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. BIS Certification Management Ensure timely completion and compliance of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification for key product categories and major project requirements. 2. Supplier Performance Improvement Drive improvements in supplier quality, delivery timelines , and cost efficiency through data-driven performance reviews and targeted improvement plans. 3. Inspection Plans and Audits Develop, implement, and maintain inspection protocols , including Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI) and periodic process audits , to ensure product quality. 4. Supplier Quality Assessment Evaluate and monitor supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems to ensure alignment with internal quality standards and expectations. 5. Overseas Product Inspection Coordinate and complete inspection of imported products within 48 hours of warehouse receipt, and prepare detailed inspection reports for documentation and analysis. 7. Product Quality Improvement Share QC findings and reports with suppliers to drive corrective actions and support continuous quality enhancement of all product lines. 8. Final Product Validation Conduct final validation of products both at the supplier’s site before dispatch and during Sales Order dispatches to clients, ensuring complete compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management , or a related technical field. 4–5 years of relevant experience in quality control , preferably in consumer products or decorative lighting . The role includes coordinating with consultants for licenses and registrations, managing vendor compliance, maintaining accurate payroll, and overseeing attendance and leave tracking. The ideal candidate will ensure that all regulatory, legal, and employee-related processes are completed on time and with high accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance Ensure timely compliance with applicable labour laws such as the Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, and Payment of Wages Act. Handle S&E (Shops & Establishment) Registration , Trade License applications , and renewals of various other licenses in collaboration with consultants and government authorities. Liaise with statutory bodies (PF, ESIC, Labour Department, etc.) for audits, notices, and inspections. Maintain up-to-date statutory registers, returns, and compliance documentation. 2. Payroll Management Process and verify monthly payroll, including earnings, deductions, bonuses, TDS, and reimbursements. Ensure accurate and timely payment of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS , and other statutory contributions. Maintain and update payroll data using payroll partner portal. 3. Leave and Attendance Management Manage and monitor employee attendance and leave records through HRMS or manual tracking systems. Reconcile attendance discrepancies and ensure proper mapping to payroll. Ensure timely updates of new joiners, resignations, and shift schedules. 4. Vendor Compliance Management Monitor third-party vendor/contractor compliance with labour regulations. Collect, verify, and maintain compliance documents from vendors (PF challans, ESIC returns, labour license, etc.). Escalate non-compliance issues and support resolution processes. 5. Audit Support Prepare for internal, external, and statutory audits related to labour and payroll compliance. Ensure accurate documentation and respond to audit queries promptly. 6. Reporting and Documentation Generate and submit monthly MIS reports on payroll, statutory payments, leave balances, and compliance status. Keep abreast of changes in labour laws and recommend updates to internal policies accordingly. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Human Resources, or Business Administration . 2+ years of hands-on experience in statutory compliance, payroll processing, and labour law administration .
