Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect sold jewellery items for quality, weight, hallmark, and finishing before handing over to customers.
Cross-check product details (weight, pricing, SKU, diamond/gemstone quality, etc.) against the invoice.
Ensure all jewellery sold is properly packed, tagged, and accompanied by the required certificates (BIS Hallmark, diamond grading, etc.).
Maintain daily records of inspected and delivered items.
Coordinate with sales and stock departments for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Identify and report discrepancies or damage in products before delivery.
Ensure compliance with internal control systems and safety standards.
Conduct random checks on jewellery stock and sales entries for accuracy.
Address and escalate customer complaints related to product quality if needed.
