Annexure - | : Major Roles and Responsibilities Faculty Responsibilities at Universal AI University. As a faculty member at Universal AI University/Company, your role encompasses the following key responsibilities: Curriculum Support and Academic Delivery Contribute to curriculum planning, development, and the implementation of the universitys innovative Academic Delivery Model. Support students in skill development, internships, live projects (Winter/Spring), and placements. Facilitate preparation for accreditation standards, including AACSB and NBA compliance. Subject Expertise and Teaching Responsibilities As a faculty member for the Analytics function, immerse yourself fully in the subjects you teach. Conduct in-depth literature research to broaden and deepen your knowledge in your area of expertise. Develop a repertoire of case studies and video clips to enrich your teaching. Teach 12-15 hours per week across PG/UG programs, ensuring your delivery aligns with the academic goals and standards of the university. Experiential and Immersive Learning Employ innovative experiential and immersive learning tools to maximize student engagement and satisfaction. Design a detailed session plan and prepare slide presentations, ensuring they are accessible on the Learning Management System (LMS). Video recordings of your lectures will also be available for online learning. Assessment and Feedback Administer various summative assessments, including quizzes, presentations, open-book tests, and book reviews, ensuring students receive timely feedback. Publish results within 24 hours on the LMS. Follow the Module Descriptor in all aspects of your teaching and assessment practices. International Program Integration Familiarize yourself with the processes for assignment, project, and examination paper approvals from the Course Tutor of partner universities. Align your evaluation processes with the training and assessment standards of partner universities, meeting submission deadlines for respective Exam Boards. Field Work, Research, and Referencing Guidance Encourage students to include fieldwork and research in their assignments and projects, ensuring their work goes beyond library resources. Provide guidance on the Harvard Referencing method, ensuring proper attribution of borrowed ideas in assignments, reports, and dissertations. Utilize tools like Turn-it-in to minimize plagiarism and ensure academic integrity. Accreditation and Course Documentation Submit complete course files for each module to the Accreditation Office, adhering to the requirements of national and international accreditation bodies (NBA, AACSB, AMBA, SAQS, etc.). Ensure student achievement scores are mapped to course outcomes, aligning with accreditation standards.
