Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct undergraduate and/or postgraduate classes in English Literature and Language.
  • Design and implement lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
  • Mentor and guide students in academic and research activities.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
  • Engage in research, publication, and faculty development programs.
  • Participate in college events, committees, and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in English
  • UGC NET qualified
  • Ph.D. in English (as per UGC norms).
  • Prior teaching experience at college/university level preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  • Familiarity with outcome-based education and digital teaching tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Work Location: In person
