Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering to join our academic team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to contribute to teaching and research in the field of electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in electrical engineering subjects.
Guide and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students in their projects and research.
Participate in curriculum development and academic program assessment.
Engage in research activities and publish findings in reputed journals.
Collaborate with faculty members on departmental initiatives and research projects.
Conduct examinations and evaluate student performance.
Attend faculty meetings and contribute to departmental planning and strategy.

Skills and Qualifications

B.Tech . or M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field (for freshers, M.Tech is preferred).
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
Familiarity with simulation software such as MATLAB, PSpice, or similar tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to academic excellence and student development.
Research experience in areas such as power systems, control systems, electronics, or signal processing is a plus.
