RESPONSIBILITY/ DELIVERABLE: Business Development b__y identifying selling prospects in wide range of industrial AUTOMATION OF MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENTS with consultative approach to the solutions requirement.
Automation projects, products & solution sales & marketing with capability in exceeding the targets set.
Identify the need of team in line with market trend/ growth to build a team to reach out customer base.
TASKS & ACTIVITIES:
ü Establish the route map & meeting clients to conclude their exact needs, discussing products, integration of products and services, and closing deals.
ü Understanding the engineering drawings/ layouts provided by internal technical team and effectively communicate the solutions to client.
ü Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth, including identifying new markets for existing products or developing new products for untapped markets
ü Coordinating with internal departments to ensure the to ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner with customer centric approach.
ü Periodic well organised planning such as weekly, monthly, quarterly to meet the annual planned sales with scientific. Approach operations of a sales team, including hiring, training, motivating, and disciplining members
ü Managing the business relationships with existing customers and building relationships with potential clients to generate new business
ACADEMIC: Graduate/ Diploma in Mechatronics or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
(Less than 2 years of experience with will be considered for Sales Engineer position also subject to Qualification)
**AREA OF EXPERIENCE:**2 to 6 years of experience in the area of material handling equipment.
Exposure Automated, Non-Automated. Such as Conveyors, Sorters, Product integration, Mezzanine, Pallet Trucks & Electric Stackers, Forklift trucks, AGV, Racking systems etc.
