Job Description

Position Title : Quality Management Systems (QMS) Specialist Qualifications and Skills : Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Certifications : Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certifications in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Familiarity with ESD S 20.20 guidelines is essential. Experience : Proven track record in QMS implementation and document control management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Skills : Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in document control systems and quality tools like FMEA, CAPA, 8D, etc. Knowledge of lean and continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities :1. Implementation and Maintenance of Management Systems : Oversee the implementation, certification, and ongoing management of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ESD S 20.20 standards. Ensure alignment of organizational processes with the requirements of each standard for Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control. 2. Document Change Management (DCN) : Develop, implement, and maintain the Document Change Notification (DCN) process. Ensure all document revisions are controlled and disseminated efficiently to maintain system integrity. Act as the primary liaison for cross-departmental DCN communication and approvals. 3. Audits and Compliance : Prepare, plan, and conduct internal audits for compliance with QMS standards. Address findings from internal and external audits by developing corrective and preventive action plans. Support external audits by certification bodies, ensuring full compliance and readiness. 4. Training and Awareness : Conduct training sessions for employees on ISO, ESD, and related QMS standards to promote understanding and compliance. Act as a subject matter expert for QMS-related queries. 5. Performance Monitoring and Improvement : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of QMS. Propose and implement continual improvement measures to enhance system performance. 6. Risk and Opportunity Management : Identify and assess risks and opportunities related to quality, environmental, health, safety, and ESD control systems. Develop and implement risk mitigation and opportunity exploitation plans. 7. Coordination and Communication : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QMS into daily operations. Prepare and present QMS performance reports to senior management.
