One day before Operation plan follow up as per SOP Operations Readiness to success - Every day 9 am report Ensuring 100% WhatsApp activities (7 Parameters) Breath analyser report must be 100 % - no deviations Daily Client meeting remarks to be submitted to Sr.GM Completion of daily A-Z operations reports - 100% Any manpower-related issues to be recorded - Absenteeism etc Ensure 10% Surplus drivers to be maintained 100 % adherence to Client SOPs (if any) 100% on-time billing closing every week On-time Collection of SLA & SLF from each client every month Submit- Daily / Weekly /Monthly reports Submit daily Self Tickets, Internal Dept tickets, Management Tickets & Client tickets 100 % adherence to Vehicle/Spare Vehicle SOPs Escalation of any Grievances of Drivers and Staff to Management
